Note: We recommend that filters should be cleaned (vacuumed) quarterly and changed annually. It is also suggested that they are cleaned or changed one month after completion of any building work.
In addition, we are a Approved Service Partner with Zehnder Group UK. Our experienced team are trained to repair, replace and install all Zehnder Greenwood ventilation products.
We work with many leading brands including Greenwood Airvac, Vent Axia, Nuaire, Vectaire, Misubishi Electric, Systemair, Titon and many others.
Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues and our team will ensure that they have the correct tools on hand to inspect and check the Mechanical Ventilation System.
In the event you have water ingress within or around your system; we will endeavour in the first instance to establish the route cause. There could be more than one contributing factor with this type of issue to consider. This may include blocked condensate, repairs to existing ductwork, unit levelling, incomplete or missing insulation, thermal bridging. However, there are some works that are not covered by our team, such as repairs or replacements to roof vents, any builders work in connection and any electrical works.
We cannot be held responsible for the quality and compliance of the existing ducted system and accept no liability for its integrity. During our inspection it may become apparent that further works are required. Full reports are available at the completion of each of our visits.
